One is right above the doorway you come through, two more are at the foot of the stairs, one is on the round cylinder, another is to the upper left near the one on the cylinder, another is right through the doorway ahead of you, one is to the left of that one, another is behind some seagulls on a ledge to the far right, there is one behind the flag to the far left, and the final one is on a CYPHER that is floating above Shell 2.
